Driving to our customers in our hybrid vehicles has always been our most common way of servicing our customers’ needs – on-site support.

And there’s a good reason for that.  While remote support is cost effective and a very useful way to help our customers, it has its limitations.
On-site support to your home or business we can do so much more to help.

The problem you have might not be with your computer but something else entirely – like your network speed, your wifi performance, cables and adaptors, switches and routers or even your entertainment system.

There are lots of elements at play that affect your technology and we find that the best way to provide the right solution for you is to investigate how your computer or laptop performs when it’s connected to your home or business network.

When we’re on site, our Nerd technician is sitting with you; there are questions you can ask and decisions you can make that will help improve your set up no matter where the problem exists.

We’ll even talk to Spark or Vodafone on your behalf if we think the problem is at their end.

Our service rates for on-site support are $95.65 per hour + gst if you pay by eftpos at the end of the appointment.

If you prefer to pay by invoice then our rate is $119 + gst per hour.

For both on-site service rates we charge in 15 increments (pro-rata) after the first full hour.

And lastly, we typically see all our customers within 24 hours of being called.

There is no surcharge for prompt on-site service.
